Advertising Manager

In order to be considered for the Advertising Manager at The OnPoint Channel and Network, LLC, candidates must meet the following requirements:
          * Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student
          * Have completed the sophomore year of college with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
          * Available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week
          * Eligible to work in the United States
          * 1 or more years experience in advertising

Position Summary
The OnPoint Channel and Network Advertising Manager will be responsible for marketing and publicizing goods or services within a company. Performs research to find target audience, holds focus groups, outlines goals, develops concepts, creates storyboards, approves copywriting, and sets budgets for ad campaigns.
 
Position Requirements
The requirements are as follows:
          * Enthusiastic, outgoing, and a hard-working student who has a passion for entertainment and digital media industries
          * The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to work independently, and be 

             knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
          * Able to meet deadlines and prioritize projects
          * Candidate will be interfacing with a creative environment and leadership so professionalism and discretion are

             absolutely required
          * Strong communication skills and research skills
          * Knowledge of OnPoint programming, current events and pop culture
          * Self-starter who takes initiative to get involved

Position Responsibilities
          * Inform public about a company's goods and services.
          * Set budgeting goals.
          * Develop advertising campaigns, including TV ads, commercials, ads for radio, pay-per-click, banner, and other 

            Internet ads.
          * Create direct mail initiatives.
          * Measure ad effectiveness and optimize if needed.
          * Coordinate staff members who create and deliver ads.
          * Create, review, approve, and revise copy.
          * Oversee media buying.
          * Work with account executives to come up with ad campaigns.
          * Select agencies to partner with.
          * Approve agency plans.
          * Work with sales staff to generate ideas for the campaign.
          * Oversee creative staff.
          * Prepare cost estimates for campaigns.
          * Serve as liaisons between the firm requiring the advertising and an advertising or promotion agency that actually

            develops and places the ads.
          * Oversee in-house accounts.
          * Present campaigns during pitches.
          * Approve changes to budget as needed.
          * Cast actors for voice-overs and commercials.
          * Preside over TV, radio, and film shoots.
          * Identify potential markets.

Social Media Agent

In order to be considered for the Social Media Agent at The OnPoint Channel and Network, LLC, candidates must meet the following requirements:
          * At least 16 years of age or older
          * Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
          * Eligible to work in the United States
          * 3,000 or more friends/followers on Facebook  and Instagram that respond to your posts and a number of followers on 

            other social media sites.

The OnPoint Channel and Network Social Media Agent is someone who spearheads several social media posts and campaigns. 
 
Position Requirements
The requirements are as follows:

          * Create posts daily on all of your social media pages.
          * Post information to social media pages and collaborate with followers about the posts

Content Manager

The Content Manager is a paid job. The job offers valuable industry knowledge and skills through opportunities such as hands-on training, project management, executive lectures and networking opportunities. 

​Eligibility
In order to be considered for the Content Manager at The OnPoint Channel and Network, LLC, candidates must meet the following requirements:
          * Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student
          * Have completed the sophomore year of college with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
          * Available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week
          * Eligible to work in the United States
          * 1 or more years experience in content management

Position Summary
The OnPoint Channel and Network Content Manager is someone who oversees the content presented on the TV Network and may also be responsible for creating, researching and finding interesting content. The Content Manager must research the stats and elements of shows/movies.
 
Position Requirements

            knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

          * Work with account executives to come up with ad campaigns.
          * implementing changes to network and content based on  analytics and usability testing
          * Work with sales staff to generate ideas for new content.

          * Oversee creative staff.

          * Closely work with the technical team 

          * Prepare cost estimates for new content.

          * Monitoring traffic

          * Present new content and changes to CEO and staff before implementing

OnPoint Internship

The OnPoint Internship Program is a 10-week,  commission-paid learning experience. The program offers students valuable industry knowledge and skills through opportunities such as hands-on training, project management, executive lectures and networking opportunities. Interns are placed in departments throughout the company.

​Eligibility
In order to be considered for an internship at The OnPoint Channel and Network, LLC, candidates must meet the following requirements:
          * Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student
          * Have completed the sophomore year of college with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
          * Available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week
          * Eligible to work in the United States

Position Summary
The OnPoint Channel and Network Interns will be placed in individual departments that match their education background and interest. Each departmental intern will have specific projects and work closely with their team. All interns will gain a better understanding of the entertainment industry through research, attending meetings, administrative duties and interacting with both internal and external contacts while being in alignment with the brand and intention.
